Phoenix were excellent! They really took time out to understand the nuances of what we were trying to achieve, and produced a workshop that met our objectives exactly. The trainer was highly knowledgeable and made the session interactive and fun – most importantly the team learned new relationship building and communication skills that they are applying to their work on a daily basis.
