    • We start with discovery: team diagnostics (e.g. Lencioni’s 5 Dysfunctions) and 1:1 calls to understand perspectives and build trust
    • We use tools like Insights Discovery® to support better communication and awareness of individual preferences
    • We also design and run larger workshops or programmes to support transformation, culture change, or strategic shifts
    • Every session is led by experienced coaches—skilled in holding space, challenging with compassion, and serving the team’s growth
