  • According to the International Coaching Federation (ICF), coaching is a process of “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.”
  • Typically we work with clients who are experiencing or wanting change, either personally or professionally, in a series of 60-90 minute sessions to help them define, plan for and achieve their goals
  • We believe leadership is often more about who you are being and how you show up than about what you do
  • Leadership comes from within, so our programmes specialise in the personal development leaders need to be able to attract and sustain followers. After all, are you really a leader if you don’t have followers?

  • One size doesn’t fit all – so we will create a programme that delivers against your specific leaders’ needs, ensuring you get the results you need.

We need a brief from you about the team (size, location, dynamics), desired outcomes (opportunities and challenges) to be able to create a bespoke proposal for you.  Typically we hold a 30-45 minute briefing call with the Sponsor to understand what’s needed.   This way we make sure you only pay for what you actually need.

Our Team Coaching programmes are bespoke to our client’s needs, and might involve both in person and virtual sessions.

Typical process:

  • Sponsor brief
  • 121 discovery calls with all team members
  • Team effectiveness assessment
  • Kick off session – building psychological safety and trust, share Team effectiveness results and explore strengths and focus areas for development, clarifying shared goals and ambition for the team
  • Follow on sessions cover a variety of topics based on what the team needs. These may include collaboration, encouraging healthy challenge, resolving conflict, identifying strengths and development areas for the team, showing up as one team with one voice, leading and sustaining change.

Team coaching is a structured process that helps teams work more effectively to achieve common goals.  It typically explores group dynamics, leadership, and relationship intelligence (the group version of emotional intelligence).

Often starting with one to one discovery calls to understand the different perspectives of team members, sessions are then either in person or virtual (or sometimes alternate between the two), and spread over several months.  They are tailored to the team’s specific needs.

Team Coaching is for any team with shared goals to step change their performance.  Typically we work with teams who are:

  • Leading or going through transformation (of leadership, culture, structure, ownership)
  • Driving for rapid growth or innovation
  • Experiencing a moment of disruption
  • Not yet achieving their full potential or even experiencing team dynamics issues

We help them leverage the full range of skills, talents and qualities of their human capital in service of genuine collaboration and improvement.   We focus on the Who (individuals and teams) and How (behaviours, emotional intelligence, team dynamics) to get the What (commercial results.)
