The Phoenix team delivered an outstanding programme on stakeholder management and emotional intelligence for our department of around 75 people over the course of a year. This combined away days with action learning and individual learning. The programme crafted a creative and well-judged journey for the team, striking just the right balance of practical and theoretical work, and small group work with more department-wide work. They were fantastic in the away days of varying the pace and energy, and giving sufficient space and time for individuals to grasp concepts and put them into practice. The feedback on the programme has been universally positive and has contributed to deepening and strengthening our effectiveness as a team.
