The Line Management Development Programme has been running at Comic Relief for the past 4 years, and consistently receives excellent feedback from our managers. The format of short workshops spread over a few months really allows managers time to apply their learning. The programme content and structure is excellent, and Jo’s experience as a facilitator, coach and trainer and her passion for the subject adds crucial value to the learner’s development in people management skills.
